Vehicle Recall Check

Statistics show there are 1.4 million cars on the roads with unrepaired recalls. VRC aims simply to improve the "letting you know bit" by providing a simple product checking process against the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency's (DVSA) independent database of known recalls. The quick check section of the application will tell you what recalls the DVSA have for a make and model of vehicle.
The reminders section will keep you on top of Insurance, Recovery and MOT renewal dates.
Add your make and model to the application and you can then email the product recall list to the manufacturer with your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) – found in your V5C or log book) to seek confirmation that your vehicle is not subject to a product recall.
Once added to our system VRC will let you know if the DVSA receives any new product recalls for that make and model.
VRC believes that unresolved recalls should not be allowed to pass a MOT. You should be able to search VIN specific recalls from independently held data.
Please support us and talk to us at vrcheck.org and use VRC to help others find facts about vehicle faults.
